I think the vintage look is on there to justify the price. They originally came out in stores at half what they will be as a Retro.
I get the yellow but why are the soles partially white?

I thought that having some clean, spotless sneaks is what you want for your shoes. Who would want those? It looks like someone played baseball in them.
