Taiwan-based sneaker site Kenlu.net has collaborated with Pony for a special make-up release. Called the “Dream“, the shoe takes inspiration from an unexpected pairing: Martin Luther King Jr. and Spud Webb. It features an all black canvas and leather upper with a white vulcanized sole. Red accenting can be seen on the laces and heel pull tab, while the Pony branding remains in tonal black. The right shoe references Webb (a former Pony athlete) with the phrase “NOT BY SIZE” while the left shoe reads “NOT BY COLOR”. Releases winter 2010.
