Homeland Security puts a dozen counterfeit-peddling footwear websites on ICE.
Music circles have been chattering over the last few days about the domain name seizures of sites such as onsmash.com and rapgodfathers.com by the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) division. The takeovers, which occurred early morning last Friday, also reached into the realm of footwear as numerous counterfeit shoe selling websites were also taken down and now display the Homeland Security “seized” graphic above.
CounterKicks has gone through the full list of Friday’s 82 seized website domains and found at least 12 sites with a footwear connection, mostly representing Nike, Inc. brands and Timberland. The seized sneaker domains list, as follows:
- bishoe.com
- 51607.com
- icqshoes.com
- jordansbox.com
- massnike.com
- merrytimberland.com
- mytend.com
- realtimberland.com
- sohob2b.com
- sohob2c.com
- tbl-sports.com
and our favorite…
- timberlandlike.com

Hahaa “timberlandLIKE.com”
Feds taking dudes down. Crazytown.
That’ll stop em.
Feds will get ya. Got or be got.
Hah site names are funny
lol, great article.
too bad there are thousands of websites peddling counterfeit shoes and/or phishing for peoples’ credit card info.
I take down these websites on a daily basis, but it’s not cheap and it takes some time.
I wish Homeland Security could cast a wider net.
