adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 officially unveiled.
Derrick Rose’s brand new mid-season signature shoe upgrade is here.
The adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 was inspired by Chicago’s Structural Expressionist architecture movement which features buildings showing off their structure both on the inside and outside, much like an exposed skeleton. This leads to the revealed three-paneled SprintSkin zone upper which is lightweight yet also provides additional lateral support, as well as being a triple sectioned nod to each of Derrick’s three brothers Reggie, Allan, and Dwayne.
adiZero Rose 1.5 also features a Sprint Frame setup combining the external heel counter and shank into a single nylon chassis, engineered to adiZero lightweight solution standards.
Weighs 12.6 oz. Releases late February 2011. Retail is $100.
