The NBA season resumed last night and John Wall marked the Wizards’ first game back by outfitting his feet with the same Blue/White Reebok Question that Gilbert Arenas wore in early January. Normally the face of the Reebok Zig Slash, Wall put up 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 10 assists but the visiting Pacers prevailed, 113-96.
In other action, Brandon Jennings debuted an all-white pair of Under Armour Micro G Black Ice Low to score 27 in the Bucks’ 94-88 home win over the Timberwolves. But Jennings wasn’t the only one to break out new shoes. Kobe Bryant unboxed White/Silver Nike Zoom Kobe VI, Derek Fisher introduced a Lakers-themed adidas adiPure Low, Josh Howard laced up another Jordan Take Flight PE, and JaVale McGee broke out his grey PEAK Relentless.
Oh, and don’t worry about the Carmelo-less Nuggets. Their kicks are going to be just fine. J.R. Smith went with the Nike LeBron 8 V/2 “Pre-Dunkman”, Ty Lawson chose the White/Navy Nike Zoom KD III, and Al Harrington switched to the White/Black colorway of the KD III.
Come on. These kicks and more await in NBA Kicks…
