NBA Kicks: Randolph & Johnson Keep Going Crazy

It’s crazy.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have adopted the adidas Crazy 8. Certain players anyway. Sure, Jordan Farmar, Nicolas Batum, Andre Miller, and even Derrick Rose have donned the shoe for a game or two. Minny forward Michael Beasley even gets credit for a couple of wears. But his teammates Wesley Johnson and Anthony Randolph have carried the Crazy torch of late.

Both players laced up the Black/White colorway again last night in Dallas, Randolph putting up 31 and 11 and Johnson adding 11 in a 104-96 loss to the Mavericks.

In Salt Lake City, the Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 continued its comeback on the feet of Paul Millsap and Ronnie Price in a Jazz-flavored colorway. Millsap recorded 33 and 11, Price chipped in 8 off the bench in a 121-117 loss to visiting New Orleans. For the Hornets, Jarrett Jack rocked an all-black pair of Nike Zoom KD III for 15 big bench points.

Two games on the schedule. Roundup ahead in NBA Kicks…

You can take away that some guys like to wear ankle braces and some don’t…adidas makes good ankle braces so they wear them.
