If you’ve happened to take any notice of Roger Mason’s feet recently, you might be wondering what exactly he’s wearing. That’s the same question pitched to us by our readers. After some calls last night, we were able to verify that Mason is wearing a player exclusive version of the new Protege The 5 model in a yet-to-be/unreleased low cut form which he requested.

Mason has been seen spotted in two New York Knicks colorways of his Protege The 5 Low so far, featuring blue with orange and black stripes or orange with blue and white stripes versions. While you can’t get these, you can check out the full lineup of new Protege shoes at the recently updated ProtegeMVP website. We’ve been told Roger Mason has been under contract with Protege for the past year.
