UA Heater IV & Yard III gets All-Star treatment.
Under Armour was named the official performance footwear supplier of Major League Baseball back in February of this year. The Baltimore-based brand is now spotlighting that partnership with an official 2011 MLB All-Star Game Footwear Collection for this year’s midseason classic in Phoenix. Under Armour worked closely with the MLB on the signature “sky argyle” pattern used to promo the 82nd MLB All-Star exhibition as the decorative element shows up as the graphic design inspiration for the on field cleats being worn in this year’s game at Chase Field. You’ll be able to catch the special makeup UA x MLB footwear in person (if you’re around Phoenix and have ASG tix) or on your TV screens on Tuesday, July 12. Follow along with UA on their Facebook page for more details.
