The Nike Total Air Foamposite Max will always be associated with Tim Duncan and the great San Antonio Spurs teams of the early 2000s. While the shoes originally sold poorly at retail, like other Foamposite-based Swoosh models it gained a cult following while Duncan was rocking them as the best big man in the league and Nike is now feeding into the Foam splurge with another retro release.

The Metallic Silver/Black-Photo blue kicks get an inflated price this time around, however. Retail is set at $225 when the Nike Total Air Foamposite Max hits stores on September 30, 2011. Or if you’ve got plenty of cash to flash you can preorder them for a lot more at Osneaker right now.
