Scottie Pippen sneaker fans might be happy to see one of his old shoes return to market. Unless they hate hybrids. Whichever camp you fall into, here’s a first look at Summer 2012 styles in the Nike Air Maestro Flight.
Previewed in three colorways:
- White/Cool Grey/Deep Royal Blue/New Green
- Anthracite/White/Cool Grey
We first exclusively unveiled the new Maestro earlier this year, then listed as the “Nike Flight Maestro Plus”. This go round, the name seems to have been tweaked, going simply as the Nike Air Maestro Flight in the 2012 Swoosh catalogs.
The kicks of course take their design inspiration from the original Pippen-worn Air Maestro, then stacks it on a new (but very 90s vintage styled) bottom tooling with a visible heel Air unit, standard herringbone pattern outsole, and classic block “NIKE” logo badging.
Fine the Nike Air Maestro Flight in stores next year with a $90 price point.
