No hardened, curt bus driver to rouse Keds from traveling slumber. But the Keds “How Do You Do?” mobile tour is over. Last stop: Lawrence, Kansas.
Keds embarked on this journey in Spring 2011, taking them to nine cities. For the past nine months, nine Keds shoes inspired by each stop were released. The Lawrence inspired shoes are canvas midcut casual booties for guys, with either a blue denim look or a cream finish, perfect for corn based activities (see pic) and anything else folks in Lawrence like to do.
Available this Friday the 18th for $50 exclusively at Keds.com. Per Keds policy, a portion of the proceeds will be donated at the local level. In this case, VanGO Mobile Arts, an “arts-based social service agency that provides year-round after-school and summer job-training programs to high-needs and under-served youth, ages 14-21″ in Lawrence, Kansas.
