With the popularity of retro style, the geometrical figure (dots, stripes, grids etc.) has become the popular design.
The shoe is wrapped by a main string which extends to the heel. And the main string helps lock the feet by the buckle. It helps lock the feet perfectly in the shoes and provides excellent support.
The upper ensures the protectiveness while maximally reduces the weight of the shoes.
Separating the big toe from the forefoot can help increase the flexibility while running. And there is some rubber on the force-getting area. The injection technique is used on the outsole rubber for reducing the weight of the sole.

Design feedback by Brett Golliff:
I liked this design a lot because it had the full package. It looks like a shoe that could be built today. At the same time though that is what held the shoe back from winning. It lacked a feature that was truly taking it to the next level. The lace system exploration was unique but the end result resembled Nike’s Flywire technology, I feel like you could have found a more unique way of executing your idea.

Congrats Austin!!
Great UA sock design; I would rock those.
Fresh designs by everyone, see ya’ll potential!!
