PEAK Sports USA and CounterKicks have partnered up to bring you our best footwear design competition yet: Design a high performance PEAK basketball game shoe and be one of the top three finalists to win a trip out to sunny Los Angeles and present your sneaker concept in front of PEAK global executives and the rest of the world as a headliner at the brand’s first retail store in the US market.

@FDelaCruz, yeah, there were about six people who sent in early to the old form before the three week extension. Those all went through fine, everyone who sent then is welcome to resubmit if you wanted to update anything. We’ll judge whatever is your most recent entry form.

We’ll have to see total entries first before we know when for sure, but hopefully Brett and the other judges will be able to start reviewing this weekend and get it narrowed down from there.

Everyone entries have been received and there’s a lot of fresh talent and great ideas in the mix. Concepts are in the hands of the judges now. We’ll keep you all updated soon on PEAK winner announcements and design feedback…

I’ve seen and read the top 10 entries as selected by the judges, complete with design feedback for each. Just waiting for final approval and sign-off now from the PEAK side and we’ll be ready to unveil the winners….

We’re running just the top 10 PEAK concepts as decided by the judges to keep the competition bar high for future design contests. There were a lot of great ideas and sketches that didn’t make it in and we wish we could run them all but there’s gotta be a cutoff line at some point. You’re of course all free to post your designs anywhere and more than welcome to post a link in the comments for feedback from your fellow designers. We greatly appreciate everyone who took the time and effort to enter this one!
