Quick Couldn’t Be Caught, Now It Controls Chaos With The Jordan CP3.V

Burning man and riot kissing couple reinterpreted.

With the namesake finally in a bigger market, Chris Paul‘s fifth signature shoe should get more attention over previous renditions. To draw even more interest, Jordan Brand has put out this new video clip titled “Quick Controls Chaos.”

It shows Paul creating chaos on and off an outdoor basketball court, all while controlling it in the brand spanking new Jordan CP3.V. Women go crazy, couples lose all inhibitions, defenders can’t keep track of opposing players, a kid runs out on court, and a police horse goes wild.

The Tom Luedecke-designed CP3.V sticks to the now familiar Podulon cushioning setup underfoot and adds in a full Flywire based upper. A lot of personal details have been incorporated too, including dots representing Chris and his wife Jada’s marriage date and the birth of their son, 61 triangles in tribute to his late grandfather, and the shoe size embedded into the rubber of every pair to nod CP3′s other fave activity, bowling.

Jordan CP3.V officially releases tomorrow, January 11, for $120.
