NBA Kicks: Even Rick Carlisle Can’t Believe Jeremy Lin’s Sneaker Transition

Cool.

Even though Jeremy Lin transitioned into the Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 Low over All-Star Weekend, it’s still a little odd to see him not wearing Hyperfuse Lows. That’s the shoe most linked to him, the one he made famous and that helped make him famous. But JL17 is a Nike guy, and if Nike does nothing else it supplies its athletes with colorful player exclusives. Lin took the court in Dallas in his blue Hyperdunk 2011 Lows last night, putting up 14, 3, 7, and 2 in a 95-85 loss to Dirk & Friends and even garnering a sneaker glance from Mavs coach Rick Carlisle. Either that or he was checking if Lin was behind the line for a 3.
