Now, we’re leaking out the rest of the details and colorways on the shoe in the Holiday 2012 time frame. The Air Max Hyperposite carries a $200 retail cost with Nike wholesale accounts buying-in at $106. More style info follows…

I’ve been waiting for a new foamposite shoe to play in. I’ve always been a big fan of the technology for hooping in and I hope they make more in the future.
The placement of the swoosh makes this shoe look incredibly confused, as if the shoe itself doesn’t want to be taken seriously. Someone should tell Nike that with shoes such as this, especially with so much going on design wise, a swoosh isn’t always needed. Let the shoe have its own identity.
Just awful.
(Mede, you want to save up our allowance money for a month, then spend two weeks camping out for a pair of these?
)
lol @ lovejoy…it does seem that at times, Nike simply throws stuff up against a wall, then whatever sticks, they run with it.
Outside of the color combo, which is bad enough, the swoosh adds a profound level of tackiness that would be impossible to absorb, even by the most interesting man in the world.
I agree with you, Mede. That was the first thought that came into my head- ‘really with the swoosh?’
I’m a big fan of the foamposite technology, and think it’s great to have it with 360 air. But that swoosh sure looks corny.
