This Saturday is May 5th. Better known to drunks as Cinco de Mayo day. Li-Ning is getting festive and bringing out the old battle guns for the occasion.

A special edition of last season’s Li-Ning BD Defend (a Baron Davis makeup, complete with Beardman logo on the tongue) is dressed up in orange and green, carries an “el Boom Loco” tag on the medial side, and will release to the public in a limited quantity flash sale on May 5 at 5:05 p.m. (CST).

How can you join the party? The shoe will be sold via a link sent out at two places: Li-Ning’s Facebook fan page and on Twitter @LiNingUSA. Retail price on Boom’s Cinco de Mayo kicks is $100.
