We probably won’t see LeBron James wearing this “Taxi” nicknamed Nike LeBron 9 PS Elite in this year’s NBA Playoffs with Pat Riley’s authoritarian team uniform policy. And LeBron’s rich and famous, he doesn’t need to ride in a taxi either. So on the off-chance King James laces this $250 fare ride in his off-time, it’ll be the only time we’ll catch him inside something alternating the colors yellow and black. Bron’s more likely to be lodged in these in the near future.
Since you’re a common peasant of the land though, taxis are a luxury. You can catch this Varsity Maize-Black-White “Taxi” ride on May 12th. Again, $250 to get in.

It seems that this guy Petrie has dug quite a hole for himself. Along with the price of these shoes, it seems that Petrie’s petulant behaviour and abhorrent opinion via twitter, are a true representation of the Nike corporate mentality. “Either you are with us, or against us”.
Well, I’ve spent much time out and about in NYC this weekend, and the recent events aren’t going over to well.
I hope that Nike isn’t planning any promo tours featuring Petrie any time soon, not without Presidential type security in tow.
Heard that dude Petrie was over the age of 30. Should lose his job. Who does he think he is? Respect for Tinker because he respects the game and has competitive sport background. Not sure if this dude has any, but it sounds like he’s just another jock sniffing, shoe guy. Let’s be honest, I am pretty sure there are plenty of people at Nike that could do his job and hopefully have humility and decency… #respectthegame #comeonphilknightstandup
