Here’s video we shot of the media hoops run at the adidas adizero Crazy Light 2 launch last week.

Filmed inside the Los Angeles Clippers practice facility where the CL2 event was held, you can experience first hand what media runs at sneaker sponsored events look like. This is how last year’s Crazy Light 1 on-court scribe fest went, remember? Neither as bad as this aural-assisted blooper reel. But still.

We get it shoe companies. You want us to try out your fancy new products. But we’re just writers (I can ball though). All we do is sit around in ergonomic office chairs in un-ergonomic ways all day, throwing back liquor, thinking about next week’s Mad Men episode, adjusting the sound to that new YouTube clip, tossing girls around, ordering carryout, and copy/pasting your press releases. Most of us are not ballers. Most of us should not be filmed.
