adidas inaugurates MLS as the world’s first “Smart” league when the 2012 AT&T MLS All-Star Game goes down tonight at 8:30 EST. The recently launched adidas micoach Elite System will be on hand to track real-time performance metrics including intensity of play, speed, distance covered and acceleration for both coaching staffs. MLS will integrate micoach Elite league-wide next year. During tonight’s match fans can track the stats on the adidas Soccer Facebook page and on Twitter @adidasUS. The David Beckham-graced adidas Smart Soccer commercial, which you can watch below, will also debut tonight during the game.
