We already know what Nike CEO Mark Parker’s toy-colonized office space looks like at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon.
Tinker Hatfield’s personal workspace located inside the famed Innovation Kitchen (where all the next generation, top secret Nike stuff happens) displays a decidedly more Apple and aluminum tone, leaving much of the bright color pops and eccentric expressions to his Swoosh work. Tink made some news last year when he told Brett Golliff in an interview that he designs most of his footwear now on an iPad — and typically spits out work in an hour.
In this video, KMTR NewsSource 16 based in Eugene, Oregon got a chance to take their tv cameras into Tinker’s creative space and film him sketch a simple track shoe in sped-up real time. (Go Ducks!) Watch the full clip with Tinker Hatfield ahead…

Nice video, and I gotta say, I like the “O” logo…
nice. nice design philosophies too…
he probably has one of the coolest jobs in the world.
