The First Air Jordan 11 Bred On American Soil

Given that they just started rolling off the assembly lines, you could say this image represents the first production version Air Jordan 11 Bred to make a landing on United States soil.

CounterKicks received a pair of what will be Jordan Brand’s biggest retail release of the entire year at the top of this week. With a late December 2012 official launch, that means we’ll have Bred XI possession for well over four months before sneakerheads even just begin to think about their pending long store lineups and early morning webstore refreshings for the coveted $185 retro kicks.

First impression: this year’s Jordan 11 Bred looks great. Quality appears solid, so far. Pricing is still nuts-stratum but even at hundreds of thousands of pairs being cranked out of the factories overseas, they’ll be an instant sell out just like last year’s Jordan 11 Concord.

We broke the first news about the end-of-year release’s back-to-ordinary Jordan Brand box packaging¬†and we’ll have more on that front soon. Not to mention full detailed breakdowns of the Air Jordan 11 Bred that Michael Jordan made legendary in his 1996 NBA Championship run. Much to discuss, much to come…
