Having checked out the Under Armour Cam TRC signature sneaker and placed your eyeballs back into their sockets, you’re probably ready for Cam Newton’s low version simply called the UA Cam.
You’re very astute to note that the Cam looks exactly like the Cam TRC, just not as tall. That’s because you’re getting virtually the same exact shoe — same upper layout, shank, full-length Micro G Foam midsole, Lightspeed Grip outsole, and 4D Foam footbed. The Paul Bunyan sized CompFit ankle sleeve is replaced with a standard sized MPZ blanketed tongue that protects the top of your feet from laces digging in, and a perforated microfiber nubuc plushes out the fit and finish. Weight is clocked at 8.88 ounces.
Like the UA Cam Highlight cleat (unveiled today) and UA Cam TRC sneaker, the UA Cam is gearing up for 2013 releases and possible year-end drops. Expect colorways to include:

There are some for ballin’ John, but the shop itself isn’t UA. That same shop has old stocks also (Juke’s etc). I’m not sure about the training stuff like these. I hope they get here fast though.
