Just in time for teevee timeouts during tonight’s Celtics-Heat opener, this commercial shows LeBron’s entire game day documented with a Samsung Galaxy Note II, stylus and all.
You didn’t think he’d tote the phone around for hours and not snap his “Ring Ceremony” Xs, did you?
Funny thing is the phone he is endorsing doesn’t support the technology in his shoes

That’s a humorous point, JR. I thought it was a good ad but didn’t even think about that aspect. Apple’s not gonna care. It really just affects Nike. You have your top brand athlete, attempting to push a $200+ product with a new technology angle, and he’s starring in a marketing campaign for a device you can’t even use to track the stats from the shoes. That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Maybe Nike+ Basketball gets Droid support in successive generations. I guess you could imagine a kid seeing this commercial though, buying the $270 Bron X shoes, then asking why it doesn’t sync up to the Samsung. Lol.
