We showed you LeBron’s size 16 Nike LeBron X “Ring Ceremony” commemorative kicks he’ll wear on court to open the new NBA season tonight against the Celtics. Here’s what you may not have seen yet.
Earlier today, Nike Basketball tweeted out an image of the custom labeling these special makeup LeBron Xs sport on the back of the tongue. It was quickly removed, for specific reasons.
Given that the “Ring Ceremony” X was only made for LeBron and won’t hit retail, the spelling error is generally contained. On the earlier “USA” edition LeBron Xs with the “Diamond Collection” tagging behind the tongue, the word “specifically” is spelled correctly for the general public.
Ha!
