Not a poor man’s Harry Potter, just a description of kicks the last couple nights.

Monta is hooking into his role as OJW (Official Jordan Wearer) of the league. Hare VII’s, then Motorboat IX’s. Now Black/Red Air Jordan XVI’s. Gilbert, whereever you are, don’t worry. Monta is trying to make you proud.

In other NBA Kicks news, Under Armour is making a strong play already. Ray Felton and Enes Kanter in the UA Torch. Brandon Jennings and Kemba Walker in the Spine Bionic BB. The boys from Baltimore have to be happy to see their premier sneakers embracing the mainstream.

Then there’s the Lunar Hypergamer Low that Jeremy Lin, Steve Nash, and Andre Iguodala are head over heels for. That Lunarlon, making people goo-goo. It is pretty nice.
