Today, adidas officially introduced Dwight Howard’s second half season shoe, the D Howard Light.
This is Dwight’s lightest adidas shoe yet, and features new design elements like the reflective DH tongue shield that reps unity and the Laker big’s superhero alter ego persona, a sleek vented upper and midsole, and Z-TORSION tech for optimal support and performance.
Howard has been breaking out the Light here and there over the season, as you’ll see in the slideshow with the official images.
Stay tuned for more D Howard Light info to come.

They’re alright, but kinda the same problem as the KD-line, 1 flashy shoe, 1 conservative, almost generic shoe.
I’m also wondering why the obsession with making the BIGs shoe light, because it’s counter-intuitive.
The BIGs shoes that sell, and get love, also aren’t focused on being light, they are the loaded Bigs shoes, the ones that have ALL the Bells, and Whistles the designer could stick onto the shoe.
Please start giving Dwight’s shoes some more Bells, and some more Whistles….
