Been awhile, last summer actually, since we caught a glimpse of the Converse All Star Legend Mid. This was a favorite of Lou Williams last season before he moved on to the Atlanta Hawks and Nike Hyperdunk 2012s this season.
Like the Converse MVP, the Legend takes healthy advantage of parent company Nike’s Flywire tech throughout the upper and mixes in some classic Cons styling cues and branding to bring home the All Star look.
They never really blazed a retail trail, or found a retail trail, so have fun tracking down a pair. The Cons MVP can be found on e-clearance racks with the help of your favorite search engine.
Peep these current photos of the shoe in many angles, as well as some shots of Lou balling in them, courtesy of Heavy Rain.

Converse should go the same way as Reebok, focus on the Retro’s, these ‘Nike budget shoes’ aren’t doing it for me.
I believe these only sold in the Philippines. They actually look better in these photos than they do on Lou’s feet. It is a shame these never sold here. As far as concentrating on retros, what will the company do when the demand for retros runs dry? It is a shame Converse never was able to make a go at modern Basketball performance models. At least they came out with the Pro Fusions (a Hyperfuse Pro Leather). I hope they continue even if they have withdrawn from the NBA.
Hmmm… They have them in the EU also at Footlocker.eu.
And you can have them shipped to the States!
I really wanted a pair of these. They released the Converse MVP but not these?! SMH
