The Rising Stars Challenge aka Young Buck All-Star Game doesn’t require practice but the players do it anyway. It’s really a getting acquainted thing so they know who’s lobbing to who, which guys are shooting, and which guys are dunking.

But more than anything, the practice is a chance to mess around, relax and break in the latest shoes.

Here’s an NBA Kicks edition of the Rookie practice earlier today, with choices ranging from Anthony Davis’s Nike Barkley Posite Max “Area 72″ to MKG’s Jordan Aero Mania to Kemba’s UA Spine Lows. And more, of course.
