Thanks to a strained groin, Joakim Noah hasn’t logged a second of court time during the Bulls’ three preseason wins. But he’s been keeping limber in his new adidas sneakers.
The Bulls center, who left longtime brand Le Coq Sportif for adidas last month, has employed the adidas Energy Boost in Night Shade running shoe for downtime travel, and the adidas Crazyquick in Medium Lead for practices and pre-game workouts. As CounterKicks reported, Noah will begin the NBA regular season wearing the Crazyquick.
Noah’s return to the Bulls lineup appears imminent. According to Bulls beat reporter K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, Noah was a gametime decision for Chicago’s 83-81 win over Washington on Saturday but coach Tom Thibodeau ultimately decided to sit him as a precaution.
