PEAK Prospect “Bred”

Now that PEAK has Tony Parker in its stable of NBA athletes that includes the likes of George Hill, JaVale McGee, Kyle Lowry, Anthony Morrow and Shane Battier, the industry is watching to see how the brand spends its visibility capital. PEAK’s made good on the Parker side of things, putting out four Team Lightning TP9 colorways, and now they’re expanding the team shoe side with the Prospect.

Shown here in Black/Red, the Prospect is a straight forward balling mid of leather and mesh, Cushion-3 and Aerofoam cushioning, a Cool Free ventilated shank, and herringbone traction. You can pick up a pair right now at peaksportsusa.com.

As far as design goes, no, Peak is not going to be breaking molds anytime soon. Their look is simplistic. However, on the performance and shoe construction side, they are on point. Yes, they may not get points in “rockablility”, but for the most part, Peak shoes do what they are designed to do, perform well on a basketball court.

Thats kind of like a Father saying ” I take care of my kids ”

Its great that you’ve reach the bar. Design is kind of stale and predictable based off of these photos.
