Looks like LeBron James’s porridge is finally juuuuust right.
Talking, of course, about the reemergence of Nike LeBron 11 on Monday night in Miami against the Suns. And about his performance in the white and red kicks — 35 points, five rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block for a 107-92 victory, the Heat’s seventh straight.
After playing nearly all of Miami’s games this season in last season’s LeBron X (with quick taste tests of the 11 a quarter here and there), King James returned to his technology packed and engineered shoe after what appears to be a period of some fit adjustment for his feet.
Which stands to reason. You don’t put a Ferrari out on the road until it’s tuned exactly as it should be.
While we still need to wait to see what LeBron steps onto the court with in Cleveland on Wednesday, last night’s game was a sign to sneaker watchers that they might soon be able to get back their regularly scheduled LeBron 11 gawking.
