adidas Originals will add to its high-profile retro release schedule and its reintroduction of Feet You Wear when the Key Trainer returns on April 5.
The Key Trainer was the signature shoe of former Super Bowl champ and three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson, and recalls the expressive styling and performance of late ’90s adidas footwear with oversize 3-Stripes and baroque midsoles.
adidas has made a point of bringing back multiple Feet You Wear styles over the past year like the Crazy 8, Crazy 97 and Real Deal, even spinning off the articulated sole shoes into the casual-inclined FYW Division.
