Images of the adidas Beast in Bright Blue/White/Metallic Silver are out. This make-up for Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard features an all-blue synthetic upper with white and silver trim. A facsimilie of Howard’s signature adorns the lateral ankle collar while his jersey number 12 is displayed on the medial ankle collar. Includes a medial SprintSkin panel and PureMotion cushioning. Here’s a look at a reissue of a classic adidas running shoe originally released for the Munich Olympic Games in 1972. The adidas Originals SL72 Vintage in Future Ocean/Metallic Silver features a suede and nylon upper with a white traction tread midsole/outsole. A silver heel tab, tongue label, and signature 3-Stripes add contrast. Available now. Retail is $80. Images of the adidas adiZero Rose in Black/University Red are out. The new signature for Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose, the adiZero Rose features a black leather/synthetic upper with a medial SprintSkin for breathability and a lateral reptile skin-stamped leather panel. The ankle collar was designed to accommodate Rose’s Speed Wrap ankle supports. Set to release Friday, October 22nd. More info to come as it develops. Here is a look at the latest collaboration between adidas and soccer star David Beckham. The adidas Doley Lux x David Beckham ObyO comes in a Black/Leather/Ecru color scheme. This is another shoe in the Beckham line that takes its inspiration from a previous adidas Original with various modifications to create a new look. Brown leather with gold stitching accents the fore and rear of the shoe while black leather dominates the upper. Metal eyelets and the ecru sole with a black stripe running the contour finish off the shoe. Available now. Retail is $140. adidas Originals has been busy this summer. Now, they are releasing one of their most popular and recognizable shoes in a new material. This is the adidas Originals Samba Denim. The upper is mostly denim with suede accents on the toe box, eyelets, and heel tab with a rubber mid and outsole. The sneaker comes in two different color schemes: Collegiate Royal/Chalk/Collegiate Gold and Chrome/Chalk/Light Red. Both colorways feature a plaid-patterned interior that corresponds with the color scheme of the shoe. To further the shoes’ collegiate theme, the “O” on the tongue is reminiscent of a letter jacket.
