Stokes Life: Free At Last!!!

Designers often ask me if being freelance is better than being in-house? I’m sure most designers think being able to have your own situation going has got to be better than punching a clock. For some it is amazing and for some they may say it was a bad idea. I personally say I have been happy on both sides of the gate. The whole freelance thing to me is like the pros and cons of living with your parents. Sure they get on your nerves and make you take out the trash, clean your room and cut the grass. However you do get a meal and a roof over your head as a trade off. I guess the same can be said about prison so if you work at a horrible company its the same thing. Sneak Preview: AND1 Tomahawk Hi

AND1‘s newest performance silhouette is the AND1 Tomahawk Hi. The shoe features an external heel counter, multi-port eyelet system, and visible L2g (Low 2 Ground) cushioning underfoot. And1 Lo-Qi Downtime – Black/Black-Silver

We recently showed you previews of the Lo-Qi Downtime by And1 here. Following up the look at the Black/Black-Silver model is another brief shot of the same colorway from a different angle today. The shoe is part of And1′s new “Lo-Qi” (pronounced LOW-KEY) product segmentation for pre/post game footwear. And1 originally pioneered this category last decade with the And1 Tochillin that went on to become the brand’s best selling footwear model in the history of the company. The Lo-Qi Downtime officially releases May 1st.
