In the last few NBA seasons, LeBron James has switched from his signature cut shoe to a “Soldier” branded model for his post season exploits. That trend officially changes this year with the launch of the Nike LeBron VII Post Season model. As we originally mentioned in this post, the new Air Jordan 2010 shoe will come furnished with a full-length, bottom-loaded Zoom Air unit. Typically, cushioning membranes are encased within a foam midsole. On Jordan Brand’s latest flagship shoe, the buffer is instead transfered below the midsole and directly above the outsole. In this case, using a translucent solid rubber base, the entire Zoom Air component can be visibly seen. Also added to this particular Black/University Blue colorway is the inclusion of a patent leather toe, as we’ve seen previous pairs using only tumbled leather. Check our past Air Jordan 2010 coverage. Continue reading for more detailed photos of the shoe.
