Evan Turner made his first ever trip to China yesterday as he toured Beijing and Li-Ning‘s global headquarters with agent David Falk. More importantly to sneakerheads, Turner debuted one half of Li-Ning’s signature marquee basketball product for this fall: the Li-Ning Conquer. Created as part of the “Defend & Conquer” lineup, Li-Ning launches an industry first concept with “home” (Defend) and “away” (Conquer) specific shoes featuring the same midsole/outsole tooling housing two different upper designs. The Conquer make-up seen here on Turner’s feet come in Philadelpha 76ers specific colorways and with number “12″ logo badging. When the NBA season starts, Turner’s recently completed personal logo will adorn his player version Li-Ning Defend and Li-Ning Conquer. More info to come as it develops.
