Denver fans don’t boo him for it.
Carmelo Anthony’s tenure in Denver may be slowly winding down but that doesn’t mean he’s going to quit balling. Anthony put up 36 points and 8 rebounds, including a 23-point third quarter, to lead the Nuggets to a 121-107 win over the visiting Indiana Pacers. The eight year veteran forward, who’s seemingly had one foot out the door during a months-long stalemate with Denver management, bolstered his performance with six 3-pointers, all while wearing the White/Metallic Silver-University Blue-Varsity Maize edition of the Jordan Melo M7.
Teammates J.R. Smith and Ty Lawson each switched up shoes again, with Smith trading in the Nike Zoom Kobe VI for the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse Low and Lawson trying out the “Away” Nike Zoom KD III.
For the Pacers, Danny Granger sported a Nike Air Max Fly By PE. And that’s about it for Indiana’s kicks action.
The Pacers-Nuggets game was the lone contest scheduled for Sunday night but as long as there’s a game, there are kicks to check out.
So check them out in NBA Kicks…
