Maybe the Bulls had more fight in themselves than this. Maybe they didn’t. Either way, the Miami Heat are now up 3-1 in the Eastern Conference Finals thanks to a 101-93 win last night. And you know you hate it, even if deep down. Or maybe you just hate collusion. That still counts.
The Bulls actually hung tough through most of the game. Derrick Rose (adidas adiZero Rose 1.5) turned in a respectable 23 and Luol Deng (Nike Air Max Fly By) did a solid 20 and 8. Carlos Boozer even stepped up again, posting 20 and 11 in his two-toned Nike Hyperdunk 2010‘s. But Miami kinda exposed the fact that outside of these three, Chicago doesn’t have much scoring. Which of course you can’t win without.
Miami has plenty of offense. LeBron encored his latest Nike LeBron 8 PS for a game high 35, Chris Bosh was good for 22 in his standby Nike Air Max Hyperdunk 2010, and Dwyane Wade simply coasted for 14 in the Jordan Fly Wade. The Heat got 12 from Mike Miller (Nike Max Air BB 360 Low; Black laces this time instead of pink) and 9 from Mario Chalmers (adidas adiZero Crazy Light). The series shifts back to Chi for Game 5. I suppose we’ll see if the Bulls have any pride left. If not, the Miami Heat – the scheming knaves you love to loathe – are headed to the final Finals. Burn.
