    Concord XI in detail.

Here’s the first multiple angle photo set of the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” set to release later this year. The retro model retains all the base elements that made the original popular while adding what’s been described to us as a “deep blue” tinted translucent rubber outsole. Close ups of the “23″ printed at the heel and the stitched in Jumpman logo on the lateral ankles are included, along with a full view of the outsole.

While the external look strikes a familiar tone, it’s the internal technical build to the shoe that’s really the major story if our sources hold true. We are being told that the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” will come equipped with dual sets of interchangeable insoles. One pair of insoles featuring Zoom Air cushioning and the other exhibiting Lunar cushioning. All photos here provided exclusively to CounterKicks by Kicks-lab.com. Images of the interchangeable insoles supposedly to come soon, as we work to verify that angle. Have a look at the December 2011 release version of the $180 priced Air Jordan 11 Retro “Concord” for now.

Update: The info supplied to us on the dual sets of interchangeable insoles is authentic but was misunderstood in translation with our sources and applied to the wrong shoe. It is in fact the new Nike Zoom Kobe VII which will carry interchangeable Zoom Air and Lunar cushioned insoles. We can now also additionally confirm the insole in the Air Jordan 11 Retro “Concord” is the standard black insole with a white Jumpman logo as seen in previous models. The plastic shoe tree inserts seen in past retros of the “Space Jam” and “Cool Grey” XI models is purple for the “Concord” release. Photos to come…
