    Follwing his Bloodline.

So far the season’s been somewhat of an identity search for Brandon Jennings. The Bucks have a moderately talented team yet are playing decidedly mediocre ball with a now 4-9 record. Jennings is scoring at an 18.7 per game clip – a career high – but seems torn between facilitating and scintillating. He has a spanking new signature shoe in the Under Armour Micro G Bloodline but has largely relied on a mix of Prototype 2 Low and Micro G Threat PE’s for a chunk of games thus far.

But when you’re out of sorts, or at least think you might, you tend to recorrect, to go back to something certain for the reassurance it provides. While the myriad reasons for Brandon’s thus far uneven season remain safely inside his thought processes, his actions still speak for him. Tuesday night, one of those actions seemed to clearly say, “I want to go back to Rowley Park.”

Brandon did go back to Rowley Park, his childhood basketball haven, figuratively and, in a way, literally. He scored a free flowing, pickup game-like 30 points in a pair of the very green Under Armour Micro G Bloodline “Rowley Park” last night against the visiting Nuggets. Denver won, 105-95, but Brandon kinda did, too. He went back to familiars and was rewarded.

Short and sweet NBA Kicks roundup ahead, including Brandon’s re-set, Mario Chalmers proving that “Countdown Pack” Air Jordan 2 Retro‘s are NBA game worthy, Monta visiting Space(jams) again, Nate in “Playoff” mode, Rip doing the “Flip” and more…
