Making the first mark.
Courtney Lee is the first to put the Air Jordan 10 Retro “Chicago” through the paces of an NBA game. It’s done. Congrats, Courtney.
Lee came off the Rockets bench in the retro that releases tonight at midnight, scoring 17 to help Houston nab a narrow win over the visiting Hornets, 90-88. But the real victory was seeing a classic on the court again.
Down in Miami, the disheveled Lakers got Bronned, 98-87. And that was without Dwyane Wade. LeBron brushed off a bout with the flu to trump Kobe and crew with 31 points, 8 boards, 8 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocks in a pair of all black LeBron 9‘s with white laces. Kobe chipped in 24, 5, 7 and 3 in the Kobe VII “Attack Fast” but it just wasn’t enough.
The third and final game of the night saw the Mavs barely sneak by the Jazz in Salt Lake City, 94-91. Delonte West got going early in the Nike Air Penny III and finished with 8 points. Jazz point guard Devin Harris wore the adidas adiZero Ghost, which was fitting because that described his 1 point performance. Yes, 1 point. As the starting point guard. At least Paul Millsap got some real run in for 16 and 13 in the hot new Nike Basketball favorite Zoom Hyperforce.
NBA Kicks ahead. See if you can spot Mario Chalmers in the Air Jordan 17 Countdown Pack in one of these pics…
